2025 Outdoor Vendor

HOURS:         General Public: 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

                           Vendors may begin setup at 6:30 A.M.

Vendors must be set up and parked by 8:30A.M.

Vendors may park on show grounds while unloading at their assigned area. Vendors are to park their vehicle at St. Matthew’s UCC (across from show grounds) by 8:30 a.m. Vendors are required to clean and remove all trash from the assigned area. By purchasing a vendor space and participating in the “Pleasant Valley Car Show”, the vendor forever releases Pleasant Valley Fire Company and all of their officers, directors, members, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, responsibility, loss, claims, or damages of any kind, regardless of their nature, arising out of/or in connection with the “Pleasant Valley Car Show”.
