Building opens at 6:30 a.m. for vendor set-up. After unloading their vehicles, vendors are to park in the Kitchen Lot, next to social hall by 8:30 a.m. Vendors are required to clean and remove all trash from the assigned area. By purchasing a space and participating in the “Pleasant Valley Car Show”, the vendor forever releases Pleasant Valley Fire Company and all of their officers, directors, members, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, responsibility, loss, claims, or damages of any kind, regardless of their nature, arising out of/or in connection with the “Pleasant Valley Car Show”. Vendors are solely responsible for collection and payment of any federal, state and local taxes.
