Terms & Conditions: Vendors may park on show grounds while unloading at their assigned area. Vendors are to park their vehicle at on the Kitchen Lot (next to social hall) by 8:30 a.m. Vendors are required to clean and remove all trash from the assigned area.

By purchasing a space and participating in the “Pleasant Valley Car Show”, the vendor forever releases Pleasant Valley Fire Company and all of their officers, directors, members, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, responsibility, loss, claims, or damages of any kind, regardless of their nature, arising out of/or in connection with the “Pleasant Valley Car Show”. Vendors are solely responsible for collection and payment of any federal, state and local taxes.

Vendors are not permitted to sell food, beverages, hazardous or explosive materials, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons of any kind. No electric hookup available.
